Ordering
Orders can be placed by using our online shopping cart system or by calling us at 214-457-3323. If placing an order online remember to take advantage of our 5% off policy!! Tracking numbers may not be available for all orders. If you have placed an order and would like tracking information, please email us at orders@dsperformance.net. All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit cards, cashiers checks and money orders. Sorry, no personal checks or COD's are accepted. Our website processes all credit card transactions in real time so credit cards are charged at the time of the order. Due to the increase in ID theft and credit card fraud, we only ship to the billing address that is listed with your credit card company. We WILL NOT ship to any other address so don't ask.
Shipping Process
All in-stock items that are ordered before 12:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and ship the same day and items ordered after 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. All items that are ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the upcoming Monday (excluding holidays) Although our business office is in Texas, we ship from warehouses in MS, CA, TN, MN, and have relationships with other distributors across the country for shipping as well. Please note that some items may take 2-5 business days, or longer, to process and ship, but we will let you know in advance which ones those are. We ship exclusively via UPS, Fedex ground, and USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping via UPS and Fedex is offered at an additional cost. We can not deliver to APO or PO boxes due to our shipper restrictions. All shipments are subject to stock availability. Information within DSPerformance.net is very reliable and we do our best to update it daily, but we can't gaurantee it to be accurate. If an in-stock item is ordered and that item is suddenly out of stock we will notify you right away. All prices are subject to change without notice, so contact us if you have any questions. **We DO NOT ship Internationaly**
Returns
All in-stock items that have NOT been installed or used can be returned within 20 days of purchase in the original packaging. A return authorization number is needed however, so please contact us before you return the item. Returns without a authorization number will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on special order items or non-stocking items. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Warranties
Purchaser assumes all risk associated with the installation of performance products. DS Performance, along with the manufacturer of the parts, is not responsible for any damages to the vehicle or the person driving the vehicle. All defective item warranty claims must be made directly to the specific manufacturer.
Invoices
Invoices are not sent with packages for your protection. Customers who order online will receive an invoice via e-mail soon after the order has been placed. If you wish to have an invoice sent or faxed to you please contact us.
