Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Same Day Shipping

Most orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Please note that during this pandemic many manufacturers and suppliers have slowed shipping times due to lack of materials and labor. Please allow extra time for shipping.

We primarily ship all products through UPS, and orders can be tracked through UPS.com. We currently ship exclusively to addresses using a United States Zip Code, excluding Puerto Rico and US possessions and territories.

A flat rate of $13.20 is in place for most orders. Some products may have an additional shipping charge to compensate for larger products. Shipping applies to continental US addresses only. Some products may not apply.  

Package Tracking and Signature Required

While we try our best to apply tracking information to all shipments, we don't  guarantee tracking will be available. Depending on shipment value, some shipments will require a signature upon receiving.   

Address and Phone Number Verification Policy

We reserve the right to require a verified address and phone number prior to shipping your purchase. A "verified" address is considered the same as the billing address of the credit card used for your purchase. For security reasons, we also reserve the right to contact you via the phone number provided.

If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address of the credit card, please confirm your alternate address with PayPal. This allows us to ship your package to any verified location.

Package Inspection

Please open and inspect shipments for missing or defective items within 48hrs of receipt. Also note that quite a few orders are shipped at different times from different warehouses. 

Refused Packages

Return shipping will be charged for refused packages. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by DSPerformance. Please contact us to be issued an RMA prior to returning any product.

Manufacturer Defects

Warranty and manufacturer defect will be handled by manufacturer. If you need assistance in finding contact information, we'll be happy to assist with this. 

Returns

DSPerformance will accepts returns within 30 days of delivery and with a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees. Once the returned item(s) are received a refund minus the restocking fee and original shipping charges will be refunded through the original payment method. While we do accept returns, DSPerformance reserves the right to reject any refund request. Installation services are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

If an order is placed and cancelled before shipping, the purchase amount will be refunded minus a 6% processing fee.

Lost or Damaged in Return Transit

DSPerformance accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged packages during return transit. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for any item not meeting the above RMA criteria. Package insurance is always suggested for the value of item being returned.

Core Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping any requested cores unless stated otherwise. Certain cores are refundable. Refunds will not be distributed until cores are received and in acceptable condition. If a core is deemed unacceptable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs to them from DSPerformance. 

Special Orders

Many items we sell are special order as these items are made to order for particular applications. Some aren't built/assembled until after an order is made. Special Orders usually take 3 - 7 business days to ship but can take up to 10+ weeks in certain instances, and are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
